What we collect
If the website contact form is enabled, it collects only what you type into it:
- Your name, company, and email address (required)
- What you are trying to improve (required)
- Your phone number, what is frustrating you about the current process, and how you heard about us (all optional)
There are no accounts, no logins, and no customer database behind this website. If the form is not enabled, the site directs you to contact us by ordinary email instead.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you and to understand the problem you are describing. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. We will not add you to a mailing list from a contact-form submission.
Where it goes
When the contact form is enabled, a submission is validated on our server and then delivered to our business email inbox. It is not written to a database. Delivering it means our website host and email-delivery provider handle the message in transit. If you contact us directly by email, your email provider and ours handle that message in the ordinary way.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We use your IP address, in memory and briefly, only to limit repeated contact-form submissions.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email for as long as it is useful for the conversation and any work that follows from it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
Email us and we will tell you what we hold from your enquiry, correct it, or delete it. You are never required to use the form — plain email works just as well.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
